This halogen light illuminator, adjustable for optimal brightness, delivers 20W of power, designed for MT1403 series microscopes. Horizontally placed, parallel to the worktable, and at a 90-degree angle to the optical axis, it's ideal for planar objects and those with high reflectivity. The illuminator comprises an illumination source, lamp chamber, condenser lens, aperture and field diaphragms, color filter converter, and heat sink. The metal lamp chamber features ventilation and light axis adjustment mechanisms. To ensure even, bright illumination, align the filament with the optical axis by adjusting the light source's positioning screw and lamp holder. Then, adjust the condenser to focus illumination light on the aperture diaphragm plane, ensuring uniform brightness without a filament image.
