Individual scales can used independently or in conjunction with one another to determine If the starting worth or must has acceptable sucrose levels to achieve the desired results, monitor the fermentation process to see If variables should be altered, determine when the fermentation process is complete and easily calculate the approximate alcohol content of the finished product. The flat surface of the hydrometer stem and the large Font makes the instrument extremely easy to read.
