The lands north of the Wall are an icy wasteland in which, however, many tribes survive who carve out a future among the ice. The Walrus clan, which venerates the cold gods, is one such tribe and the hardened warriors who are part of it have joined the ranks of the Free People as they advance south in search of greener pastures to claim as their home. To hunt in the icy wastelands, hunters of the Ice Coast use huge harpoons whose reinforced tips are tremendously effective at crossing both prey and enemy armor. In addition, accustomed as they are to staying alert to defeat the unpredictable beasts they often hunt, they resort to harassment tactics to quickly maneuver around their opponents and attack them where they are weakest.
